Great heater, not so great app

My husband and I bought heaters for each of our offices and have the two spaces showing in the same dashboard within the app. For some reason, it seems like any updates made in the app are universal, so for example, if I wanted to change the "Comfort Mode" to a certain temperature, it would update this across the board for both office spaces.

A bit frustrating to not have the ability to differentiate (or perhaps it's user error)! Not an intuitive app in my opinion.

A thing of beauty

I admit I was a little nervous when I ordered the M2, it was a fairly expensive heater and I wasn’t familiar with the technology. It arrived in good time and in perfect condition. I was again a little nervous when attaching it to the wall as it seemed quite heavy. The template for drilling and instructions were helpful and clear. The set up was straightforward and quick. I tested it straightaway in boost mode and I can’t believe how effective it is. It looks discreet but stylish on the wall (we ordered white) and I’m delighted with it. No more ugly heaters taking up floor space. Will definitely consider these now for other rooms. Thank you Koleda!

Good afternoon, we ordered a home heater starter kit, 2 M2 and 1 M1 heaters. When we opened the boxes we have found only 2 m2 heaters and no M1 heater.
